Is it Hot!! in here? Because I'm on Fire!

I'm having fun with image generators. I found the image above at http://cooltext.com/Logo-Design?LogoID=91040008 . The flames are supposed to be moving but either the blog doesn't support that or I'm doing something wrong. I'm still asking around but if someone has any ideas please post a comment.
